Teaching the values of family and tying that in to being a great teammate! It helps them realize they can all contribute on the floor given their role. You don't have to score to become a part of it. You do whatever to help your team win. Becoming family in the process.

For me it’s teaching point guards how to read the defense, P/R situations and tempo of the game. I love it!
