1) It was an Epic Employee/Insider forced.
2) They figured out a way to toggle/increase the plausibility of getting featured in that specific tab.

not really, ssundee doesn't do equity deals anymore, like he used to with PatP on TitanMC etc, he's probably charging $50k+ a video. i'm shocked if they break even

There needs to be 2 actions; similar to Fortnite, where you can hold SHIFT/SPRINT to more or less levitate to make further distances, that way you can cycle between gliding down and hovering. trust me, it'll make it way more satisfying

I think that profit margin is very generous. Keep in mind, steam takes 30%. VAT takes 5-10%, refunds/discounts account for 20-30%.
And that's with NO publisher. Indie Developers are practically left with nothing
