@theedgecontent I think there are huge number of options to pursue. Generally the higher the fruits metabolism the greater the rate of photosynthesis and the higher the amount of sugar the plant has to utilize. Some of that excess sugar goes to the fruit as well enhancing microbe relationships..

I think Tamarillo or tree tomato is an underrated fruit. Hard to describe it’s flavor other than bitter and sweet with a hint of tomato. If I eat a few at a time I often get a bit of a buzz from it.

@JulianaLung Wildly available flavored coconut oil or tallow chips would be a game changer! If we grow food in a healthier way it seems there are large improvements to flavor. So maybe if you grow the ultimate potato you could have the best tasting chips or fries ever!

@photobiogenesis I have felt a lot better since moving from sea level to over 1,000 meters. Ideally would like to live higher up. Pretty ideal temperature as well if you live at elevation in the tropics!
