The toothpaste is just homemade eggshell calcium. Any animal bone would work also. I use baking soda for literally everything! However it is to invasive for daily use on my teeth. I even use baking soda as a deodorant mixed into a paste with a little shea butter.

bamboo shoots, a carrot salad or oat bran do not get my gut moving as well white button mushrooms. Least favourite part is the prep and cooking time but have reduced it to 1hr max now. Prefect timing is on a sunny day, I can open all the doors for the smelly fumes to escape
