I’d go after the regulators. You can’t sue a car manufacturers if everyone has a crash, but you can look at the licensing authority to check that the correct training has been approved and authorised. We can blame manufacturers to a degree, but it’s the regs that let it happen.

I was also intimidated out of a business. The MLA who I went was dismissive at best. He said he had no way of negotiating with them. The PSNI weren’t interested. We had to move towns, it cost over £20k to move the business.
It was loyalist paramilitaries.
