Early 90s Chester was absolutely humming. We bet in the centre and it was non-stop action, later as floor man I'd blag through the silver and into Tatts, all back-bets with Dom Berrow and maybe keep a couple for myself. Nightlife was immense. Happy days

The highlight of my racing year was definitely when a Doncaster 'steward' found meat in my bag, he ripped it out with tremendous glee and thrust it shoulder deep to the bottom of the nearest dustbin. Shows that it's not just politicians that are psychopaths these days.
