And of course, let’s remember that this is who Stephen Nash associates with, his UMAPs-promoting buddy, Joseph Ormerod.
Keep up the good fight, Matt.

Wonderful commitment to the role shown by his career history of PA school -> working as PA -> realising he could profit off of PAs -> quitting working as a PA -> opening company to profit off of PAs (i.e. his former colleagues)
Using US evidence to justify UK PA is fundamentally flawed, yet it happens constantly. The PA role in the US historically relies upon the individual having patient care experience prior to their training, a crucial element entirely missing in the UK. Can we even call them PAs?
@Dr_Done_
It is absolutely fucking mindboggling that someone could go straight from working as a security officer and sales assistant to a 2-year PA course to seeing patients in this way
Very baffled by this PA LinkedIn profile
Apparently he orders scans and prescribes meds illegally?
If he did medicine, he would be a current F1 (started PA course 2018)
We are letting unqualified people dress up as Doctor and treat our families and friends.
IT HAS TO STOP.

Would like to FOI the GMC to provide the actual quote(s) that led them to determine that maintaining 3 separate databases would be cost-prohibitive.

Given that you can search the Passmed question bank and this question appears a total of zero times, along with the above, I assume you’d like to retract your statement

Datix back for their terrible grasp on grammar: “alleged to of remarked”. Also nothing like the classic “control your emotions” advice to a woman.
We're funding 350 additional medical school places in England for 2025/26.
This is part of our NHS Long Term Workforce Plan commitment to double medical school places by 2031.
See how places have been allocated to medical schools 🔻
I wonder how many switch from pursuing medicine to becoming PAs not solely because of academic shortcomings, but because their interview showed significant gaps in teamwork and communication skills. The frequency of defensiveness and resistance to feedback among PAs is shocking.

A way for PAs to put themselves in the “medicine” camp rather than “nursing” as it’s commonly used as the opposite of the “nursing model”.

I'm proud that 98% of voting doctors are united for fair pay. To construe this as a 'denigration of professional responsibilities' is missing the point: we can't effectively care for patients if our own welfare is compromised.
More ChatGPT-written drivel about PAs on the LinkedIn feed.
This is a trend. If you lack understanding of your own profession's purpose, asking someone (or thing) else to explain it seems like a sensible choice.

There are many telltale signs. Sentence structure (it loves to reverse things as a way of adding variety, among other things) and word choice. A big one here is a UK person using Americanisms such as Z in place of S (and, depending on who you ask, Oxford commas).
Opposing Physician Associates is a textbook case of rejecting evidence based policy in favour of misguided credentialism.
Using PAs, who perform no worse than GPs on independent standardised metrics but cost less, is a vital part of saving our NHS for another generation.

You study a curriculum. Medicine’s curriculum is of a depth that requires at LEAST 4-5 years of study, not including postgraduate training. Physician associates study the physician associate curriculum. Not medicine. Why aren’t you proud to say that you studied PA?
@SophieAnnBurges
They are a paid resource. Passmed is a paid resource. If pa2be is stealing questions from passmed and reselling them, that would be copyright infringement. So is this the case?

You lie. You spread misinformation and you hate your colleagues. PAs are trained to the medical model. They never claim they went to med school. You doctors are now radicalised against PAs. You’re basically now terrorists in the NHS
@ExplosiveEnema
Nope. They were all taken from this person’s Instagram, who she claimed (in a now deleted tweet) is a family friend. But she also claimed to have posted photos of herself in the mix, and that was a lie, so…

Good grief, it's such trash-teir study design. Main outcome measured - 'wait time', has nothing to do with the grade of person seeing them.
Why not also study air temperature in the car park with regard to the number of porters on shift?
'quantitative study of outcomes' my arse
