describes in this thread are *exactly* what we set out to solve with Aloe II.
Just one example－with Aloe, you can get ~10x leverage on Uni v3 positions. Not that we recommend that, but hey, it's possible.
Over the past couple of years, I was able to tap into higher capital efficiency in Uni v3 by borrowing on tokens Euler finance to effective access ~2x leverage.
But lending protocols have to be conservative, so collateral requirements meant it is difficult to go higher than 2x.

This payoff is attractive for those who want a similar payoff to ETH^2, but are willing to give up some of that exposure in exchange for reduced funding. We think it's really cool that this payoff can be permissionlessly created with existing DeFi instruments.
