@JPBWFarm @TWBFarms @KapilaSandy @JanetHughes Rpa were very helpful in sorting out an issue I was having in applying. A member of staff took the problem on personally and kept calling me back to make sure I kept speaking to the same person each call, to stop me having to explain each call. Made a HUGE difference!!

Big shout out to @OctopusEnergy business team just renewed my contract with them. Perhaps not the cheapest? 🤷♂️ but the customer service I have received over the past 12 months from them has been amazing! 👌🏻👌🏻 and that counts for a hell of a lot to me these days!

Credit where it’s due - I’m having an issue with applying for an expanded sfi24 offer and just got through to the most helpful of staff at the RPA helpline! And even though it isn’t resolved, this chap isn’t going to let it rest until it is! 👌🏻 @KapilaSandy @JanetHughes
