@OhNinaC @cherylcorless41 Good morning,, I have just re- reported my child sexual abuse , I first reported in 2014 I basically got told I was spoilt by receiving the 50p after the abuse because that’s what my mum told them (she got money too) , they obviously didn’t read my social services report. ❤️.

My problem, I HAVE ANGER TOWARDS MY ABUSERS. Anger is only hurting me (I know) I just don’t know what to do with it. 🤷🏼♀️.
A lot of people don’t talk about the anger that comes with trauma. We may be filled with rage, angry thoughts & words. Anger is often coupled with shame. Healing involves uncovering what’s beneath the anger as it’s often a protective part.

Just finished my letter of appeal for PIP , I’m tearful, anxious, not eaten anything all day , freezing cold , I’m a mess basically I’ve had to dig deep AGAIN and go over all my abuse AGAIN I will be photocopying it as I cannot keep doing this one step forward two steps back. 😩.

My husband tells me he can see a difference in me already. 49yrs of abuse and I have been holding my abusers accountable for around 12 months now so also been in healing the same amount of time. Don’t give up I tell myself everyday.
It takes time to heal. I know you want results like yesterday but it just doesn’t happen that way. It’s a slow and gradual process. At first you may not even realize the shifts. Then suddenly they will start to appear.
