I watch this guys videos all the time. Based on his approach, this is a ~positive~ review. his 10$/sqft evaluation is higher than he gives most other luxury goods. He has videos on finishing and admits he prefers natural. He didn’t say, but usually gives fair price of 2-3x costs.
