So in order to remain in PSAO OptumRx (UnitedHealthcare) $UNH network we have to agree and sign an amendment. Agree to binding arbitration. Wouldn’t have anything to do with all the pending PBM litigation? @FrierLevitt @BergerMontague @AFergusonFTC @BedoyaFTC @gailaslater @JusticATR @DrugChannels

AGAIN?! These forced arbitration clauses are getting out of hand… way to support your pharmacies @CencoraGlobal, real nice.
🚨ATTENTION ELEVATE MEMBERS YOU HAVE BEEN SOLD OUT🚨 Elevate PSAO has officially screwed it's members. Elevate and @CencoraGlobal are not acting in good faith for their pharmacies. Elevate caved to Optum’s arbitration clause. They are forcing their pharmacies to arbitrate all current AND past disputes. Elevate pharmacies must notify Optum BEFORE APRIL 1 that it has a dispute in order to preserve their right to go to court. Please reach out to everyone and let them know!
