Middlemen eat up 90.7% of this "Cost Plus" margin! Explain that to me please, @mcuban. The pharmacy pays labor, rent, etc. but only makes $2.80. Cost plus is the future...but without middlemen. #costplusfuture (yes, I know, credit card fees are still part of that future)

1: The Tesla line item on the government procurement forecast was added on December 13, 2024 when Biden was still President. 2: The contract has not been officially awarded yet. The solicitation wouldn't happen until May 1, 2025. It's entirely possible Elon cancels this.

I do think a platform argument is likely. I only think Tesla (at least early) would be able to pull of its own service. You wouldn't want to have the Jaguar app, Honda app, Cruise app, etc. based on whatever car is available to hail at that point. So Uber or similar marketplace makes sense longterm.

A pharmacist doesn't exist to babysit a patient taking their meds. They do exist to make sure meds are safe and effective for the patient and to make sure they are properly educated on role of therapy. <- none of this is happening in existing model + people that work in that model are human robots already.
