I mean, this layout massively overproduces vegetables and massively underproduces calories. Actually homestead farms from the late 19th century had quite small kitchen garden plots for veggies. Maybe 1000 square feet. You need to grow cereals/potatoes for calories.

The most calorie dense crops are corn and potatoes, which yield something like 15M calories/acre under ideal conditions with modern chemicals. So, a family of 4 would need ~1/4 acre of just corn or just potatoes to provide yearly calories. Could not grow anything else.
