A risk of 1% in fit negative population is concerning - would scope all symptomatic patients if resources allowed

@cliffreid Lactic acidaemia is often equated with organ hypoperfusion but portal venous lactate from ischaemic bowel is often well cleared by the liver. A bit of a tangent to this case, but a normal lactate certainly does not exclude ischaemic bowel.
