@drkeithsiau Other operations have a much higher rate like colorectal and pelvic gynae surgery. We don’t particularly see the consequences of adhesions till much later and in general surgery this is usually SBO. Read the SCAR study papers for more info.

@DOTEsophagus @MagnusNsurgonc I empirically did this a few times with success. Glad to see there is some published evidence for what I did - LOS Botox and if a good clinical response treat as Achalasia with a Hellers.

@georgoff I like to see more medial overlap of the mesh over the pubic tubercle as this is a common site of recurrence.
