Beyond the humanitarian element (& that’s obviously a big ‘beyond’) is the overall economic beneficial globally? Presumably hugely positive for low resource countries (eg much of Africa) but less so in high income countries? As survival into later age (eglate 60s into into 70s & 80s) is not economically productive in many countries does this create a global challenge of ‘who generates the money to pay for this’? I’m assuming it’s complex!!! @BruceBiccard @rupert_pearse
