I had 4 very easy pregnancies and no complications with deliveries.

At 42, I workout between 4-6pm. It's better for me.
I highly recommend low impact high intensity full-body workouts like Lagree on the megaformer or barre/Pilates.

Yes! Ask them how you can help soften triggers. Would they like to start a new tradition on trauma anniversary dates? Help them be creative because oftentimes trauma causes brain fog.
I'd much rather hear the above than how strong I am for coping with things I never asked for.
