The problem is that people think an Intern doctor is just an intern . An intern doctor in Uganda is a nurse ,a pharmacist, a cleaner, records keeper and is also a security guard (when co-wives are fighting on the male ward,it’s the intern to the rescue) .Deploy interns!!
