For my girls, I had little period bags for their backpacks. Clean undies, ziplock bags for the dirty, pads, Tylenol so they didn't have to ask the nurse, and they STILL called me.

I got Covid 03.20. Have been sick ever since. My GI doc thinks POTS but my cardiologist said nothing was wrong with my heart rate. But it can get up to 116 while I'm sitting. No 1 will help, especially when I say I had COVID.
