Drivers are more willing to drive safely when their vehicles paint is threatened by a bollard than by the very real risk of them killing a pedestrian. Assiniboine and Main.
This is one of the first protected intersections I helped deploy in San Jose. Unlike a lot of interesections that saw a sharp rise in crashes during lockdown, this one remained the same!
