No shit lol. He went from this ➡️ this
LA Galaxy midfielder Riqui Puig is having a difficult time adjusting to life in Los Angeles. He prefers cities that are not as dependent on car travel. His life off the field has been boring since arriving last summer. (Rut Vilar, Catalunya Radio) #LAGalaxy

Remember that modern trams only cost $20million per km. So with a $350billion budget, it means you could build 17500 km of new tram lines. There’s so many solutions to car traffic, none of them include widening highways.
Over the next five years, U.S. states will receive $350 billion for highways. States have a chance to try new strategies for addressing congestion, but some are still choosing to widen freeways — an approach many transportation experts say does not work.

Why can't the wealthiest country on earth build simple high-speed trains?
Part #3 in "North America is too spread out for high speed trains". 🚄Turin➡️Milan➡️Bologna➡️Florence➡️Rome➡️Naples➡️Salerno . 🚆Boston➡️NYC➡️Philadelphia➡️Baltimore➡️DC➡️Richmond. Not only is the Italy line longer, it also has 1/3 less population than the USA line.

The Netherlands is rated #1 for car driver experience btw. Almost like when you invest in public transit and active transportation fewer people are forced to drive, which reduces car traffic, making driving more enjoyable. .

Americans love walkable places so much that they voluntarily use their measly 2 weeks of vacation to hang out on floating car-free cities.
The "Icon Of The Seas" sets sail in January 2024. 5610 passengers, 2350 crew members, 5 times larger and heavier than the Titanic, 19 floors with more than 40 bars, restaurants and bowling alleys. What a monstrosity!
