@thomas_violence We had secret cats, years ago. I'll never forget the owner at our door and our super affectionate girl started rubbing all over his legs. He petted her and rubbed up her neck a bit, looked up at me with a raised eyebrow and smile and that was that. Never said a word.

@MFWitches My very frail 85 year old mother just returned from 5 weeks in hospital, including 2 weeks of rehabilitation to get her up and mobile again. It was her 3rd hospitalisation in 4 months. Staff were amazing. The cost is $0. We're in Brisbane (Australia). ❤️Medicare.

@LlJuju2022 Public system cared for my frail 85 year old mum for 5 weeks this year, saved her from the brink of death twice. The last 3 of those weeks she was in a rehab ward learning to care for herself again. Her care and the follow up has been top notch. Cost $0. We're so lucky here ❤️.

@JaneCaro Oh that's sad :( An older work college dragged airhead 23 year old me along to see her talk once, and I'll never forget the shock at hearing Dale tell us to 'be rude to men'. she then went on to explain what she mean by that. A baby feminist was born that day.
