IQ exists, is largely genetic, and is strongly predictive of important outcomes. If you choose to deny those facts, you cede the field to those who would misuse those facts.

@BretWeinstein The DHS rule is about the definition of sex, not gender, and definitely not "gender identity". The utility of the DHS rule is that external genitalia correlates almost perfectly with biological sex. Self assessed gender is irrelevant to the rule.
