What the kids died of is not the critical point. That kids were kidnapped (they were), kept in custody (they were, despite committing no crime), that records were inadequate and graves unmarked is more than enough even if every kid died from natural causes.

Been there done that. Here’s what I did: Separate any of the thawed stuff that leaked and refreeze it (frozen blood leaks are like glue). When you thaw some of the previously thawed meat evaluate it on a case by case basis. I never lost any, but some of it went to the dog. 😉

Matt, c’mon. You know (or should know) the legal argument for this. Great Britain recognized Indigenous title in NA through statute law prior to the US revolution. There’s a great case to be made that title existed and wasn’t transferred properly.
