@gracelworth Yup, I was denied my usual kidney dialysis last year because my hospital in New York was overwhelmed. I had to get at home dialysis and could not go for regular appointments. I am angry that this is still happening a year later.

@queersocialism This! I have slowly grown cold to the movement despite working with sexual abuse victims, teenagers, on the ground because the actual movement is too bourgeois to get behind. Carceral feminism, media circuses, hyper focus on wealthy white cis heterosexual women as victims etc..

@NAACPYOUNGBOY I remember this. The white media played this over and over again with the intention of marginalizing his opinion with panels of liberal black pundits denouncing him as being a reactionary crab in the barrel. Being black and against Obama was impossible back then.
