@Mashstartup You HAVE to watch the numbers. Know EXACTLY what everything costs. How much profit you make per unit, how to quantify losses, all the way down to banking costs and even "catering" if you steal from your kitty to buy a coldrink while you work. Set targets. What you measure, grows.
