He is so underrated by most Mets fans. They think he is not clutch and automatically look at his avg as a means to say he is not a good player. I look at the OPS or .850, the 30 plus homerun power and see a big part of our offensive core moving forward. Lock him up long term.

Being a Mets fan can certainly be a challenge and often strains our sensibilities. But I wouldn't give it up for anything in the world. The bond I have with them is unbreakable and they are my only bridge to my dad who passed away. So yeah, I'm addicted to them. 😊
