That’s because the old style Met, was considered confrontational heavy handed. The new Met so training is about appeasement and not making arrests. Officers stand there waving their arms about looking impotent. Only 3 arrests made o/s the Israeli embassy, the Met are useless.

So the Met was founded in 1829 . And policed London with the consent of the indigenous population for over 160 years. A change in demographics due to immigration means the current majority ethnic black population hate the Met simple, asthey refuse to accept the law of the land.

My old man left with our family from Battersea 1970 bought a flat in SW1 as a bolt hole. I left in 2005, white flight ongoing forever. Check our Essex it’s full of white Londoners and it’s booming in Leigh on Sea Billericay Rayleigh. I lived there 11 years. Reminds me of London.

Look up the nine principles of policing by sir Robert Peel in 1829 when he founded the Met. Impartial non political. Not pandering to any political group. Policing approved by the pubic with public’s consent. All these principles are ignored by the modern police service.

More asylum seekers, arrive every day at Gatwick and Heathrow. They have to be accepted and housed, respectively by Croydon and Hounslow council. It’s no wonder social housing is predominantly occupied by immigrants.

Ealing W 13, I used to patrol as a cop in 1970s. Peaceful quite charming suburb of London. Now, spot the white man it’s a toilet. A dump many streets have zero white residents. Might suit Gary? Probably not too ethnic.

I took the bus 196 from Norwood to Streatham my sister the 68 from Norwood to Croydon the 1960s for 5 years never ever saw one stabbing crime problems. In 1970 my father said this areas changing and we moved out of SE25 best move he ever did. It’s black on black crime

I’m telling you as an ex cop in the old style Met Police, the modern service will not protect vulnerable groups living in London. We need a modern CRS type riot squad as in France staffed by ex soldiers. The Met TSG is only 800 strong and are ineffective. The CRS 13,900 officers.

It’s not easy subduing a young male that wants to fight. As an ex cop you need to bulk up learn techniques to take control, u do not need female officers, it pains me to say this but it’s true. They are often fantastic not in a one on one situation.

The first riot at carnival was in 1976, I was on duty two colleagues suffered fractured skulls, we wore the non protective cork helmet. Every year since 1976, more riots murders stabbings. Black violence increases every year, Carnival should have been cancelled in 1977.

My wife and all her friends from university all now married with children. Are all against their daughters sharing changing rooms, toilets with men dressed up as bloody women. If I see one if that’s hanging around female toilets my daughter is using. There’s only one outcome.

David in the Met, 76 to 83 on your manor at Hammersmith. Back then if you obstructed the highways threatening breach of the peace, arrested charged. You pleaded your case in front of the magistrate at West London Magistrates court. Guilty, not guilty? The Magistrates decided.

London in the 1970s you could feel safe at night or day wearing whatever watch you wanted. Cops didn’t wear stab proof vests, stabbings unheard of. Police patrolled alone no need for armed response back up. No mass shoplifting incidents and no riots. A more pleasant time.

In 1976, I was on duty at the Carnival the first year it rioted. By 1980 due to violence at Carnival cops were issued, first time since 1829 riot shields, protective headwear, old helmets had been soft cork since 1829. Now cops wear stab proof vests. The reason Black violence.

Lived in Chiswick from 1988 to 1999, crime free. And I was a cop at Hammersmith. Back in the day shoplifters arrested always, charged west London magistrates court next day. Justice served. Then T May changed the charging procedure takes a month to charge a shoplifter now.

Walk around London it’s full of Shisha cafes Lebanese restaurants, Arab restaurants. There are mosques everywhere in less than 30 years, the capital has become an outpost for radical Muslims. We are in a civil war zone soon .
