A refinery in Philadelphia exploded again this morning (for the second time in less than two weeks). Fossil fuels belong in the ground, not in our communities, where they jeopardize our health and safety.
A large fire broke out early Friday at a refinery in Philadelphia, the city fire department told CNN. Residents reported several explosions that were felt in South Jersey and Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
