For me, it's brought on by RSD or ableism.
I'll start crying and not be able to stop. I want to hide. I physically hurt. My brain is full w/fatalism, there's Deja Vu and 'I Told You You So', and a big sign flashing 'DOOM, DOOM!', and I want to scream 'F U' 2 the world!! Fun 😵💫

My AuDHD has been kicking my ass this week. It's been awful. I couldnt remember convos from 2 days ago, didnt hear half the stuff said to me, drove my lovely colleague mad in a conversation about procedure bc ' make it make sense' and I'm arguing it doesn't. Gah!!!

Big, juicy fruit/ fresh tasty veg, and good value.
Meanwhile, the fruit and veg on offer in supermarkets is such poor quality or ridiculously priced that I despair.

More research into adult adhd/ autism. Especially women, as vastly under disguised. And bc the diagnostic standard is based on white boys. That excludes POC, too which is another thing that needs rectified.
I also really like genetics and would like to know more about that.

Cried again when he found out women have 3 holes and he only had 2. (Sorry, but he was only wee, lol!)

I have noticed the way I deal w/ ND kids is different than system. They focus on bad behaviour, I focus on the feelings. I tell them they're feelings are valid, I hold them and tell them they'll be OK. 1/2

After late dx & menopause I'm starting to think it's better and healthier for me not to work. I'm also saying no to work nights out now bc despite having lovely work mates, I hate socialising like that. I spend whole weekends sleeping due to exhaustion& masking. Gah!

Few weeks later, decided to have quick look on progress. Well, there wasn't any. Did NOT look like 'lady garden' or 'flower'.

2/2 It's imperative to understand the underlying reasons for behaviour. So I focus on calm so that after, we can have a conversation about safety etc.

I still talk about the time the electricity went out on my street in Oslo. Midwinter. Pitch black. -20ish. I was 14, home alone and convinced I'd die by myself, lol! It came back on after 20min.
I'm 53 now. That's the only time it ever happened to me!

Just thought I should add that despite a lifetime of kegel exercises, genetics got me in the end. I got SPD ( pelvic girdle pain) and had a larger sized baby.
Even after treatment, I will never sneeze again w/o having the fear of peeing myself a little.

Me,coincidentally switching workplace from secondary to primary school ( after getting dx) and getting as much love and attention off the kids as they get off me. Being 'out' at work means kids feel safe w/ me & parents feel im an ally. I love it!
