@dgrun7 @JohnFugelsang a massive team of lifelong epidemiologists that have to put every vaccine through rigorous trials AND have it approved for general distribution through a series of highly specific mandated rules and regulations. This sometimes literally takes years and years.

@dgrun7 @JohnFugelsang the FDA provides a list of ingredients for every single vaccine it approves. therefore, anyone who is unsure/hesitant can look up and research each ingredient if they feel the need. that list is government mandated. hope that helps you understand how medicine works 👍🏻
