@Nallysmom Not at all. Nothing wrong with not knowing something but being a condescending jerk about it while knowing nothing is a bad look.

@ChancesCards 100%. Spent a few years in the trenches and been out with a “real job” for almost 10 yrs now. Definitely miss the trenches at times. Feel like a stranger at the nino not knowing dealers, floor staff, dealers etc. Strange feeling for sure

@TheSkeenFirm I failed. Was telling everyone stories about working in the holler and I was dropping my g’s all night. I’m officially a bumpkin.

@TheSkeenFirm @nathan_e_hill @SMB_Attorney I was about to make that exact same joke. Prefer Not to Close.

@CaseyMericle I think it’s just inexperience with creative terms = anxiety for brokers. Very good at what they do but going outside the defined lines makes them nervous. Lawyers are even worse about that too. But I agree, my best deals are creative

@am_yers @TheSkeenFirm I’ve been in denial for so many years but I think you’re right. It’s time to embrace my roots. I’ll be dropping my “g” off words by 830 tomorrow 😂

@clayhepler But you’re right that most of these deals would add in 3-5k in legal fees that I don’t have to pay. Also can get stuck bagholding if they don’t negotiate but worst case then you’re in at 10-15 and renting 1k+ mo so not end of the world.
