Lots of new followers the past couple of weeks, so I think it’s time for an introduction! My name is Nathan Hill and I am an Associate Attorney at @smblawgroup assisting SMBs throughout the M&A process. Can someone say “dream job”? I currently live in Cleveland, OH after being born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. I might be Northeast Ohio’s biggest fan and work really hard to help it get the respect it deserves. I love nothing more than SMBs, the success of cities, and technology (especially legal tech). I tweet about a number of things: -the M&A process -Legal Tech -law school and being a young attorney -SMBs -my cats (Pierogi and Tabouli cause I know you’re wondering and they are stars) -Northeast Ohio -Really anything else that comes to mind I have met some incredible people on this app and hope that I continue to meet more and more. Our friends at @TexasLawbook just released the 2024 Corporate Deal Tracker league tables for Texas-led deals, and I think there are probably a lot of BigLaw firms asking themselves "Who The Hell is SMB Law?!" today! Super proud of the team that landed us on a list just below powerhouse firms like @McGuireWoodsLLP, @SidleyLaw, and @WeilGotshal. Looking forward to a bigger and better 2025 as we continue to support searchers, independent sponsors and private equity funds in corporate matters!🚀🎉
