Yeah, it's too late to fix that one. The only solution to this is systemic. Fix the bugs in the electoral system. Make sure voter rolls are populated only with legitimate electors and police the attempts at fraud vigorously. It should be easy to vote but not easy to vote twice.

Not sure why this is worth your effort. They could be two frames from the same photo series. If they're only a few frames apart, no motion would be apparent from the primary subject, who is only moving about 1/1000 as fast as the projectile.
