@BrykoCEO @acnewsitics Rejected. You have provided no evidence of your claim. The judge pointed at common interpretations of specific laws and the Constitution. Your ignorance is not a counter argument.

@rona_wallace @acnewsitics Yes he is. If the Supreme Court determines the President's actions are legitimate under the law, the President may proceed. However until then, the President's every action is subject to anyone taking a case to court to challenge its legitimacy. Then the evidence matters.

@pcoyte1 @acnewsitics Check the court cases being raised. Note judges may be involved when no law is being broken. Because they are brought in to make such a determination. You don't get to decide yourself that no law has been broken and hence not take it to a judge.

@pcamus208 @acnewsitics Yet, if the court determines a President is using their powers legitimately, they can't rule that the President must stop. However if the court rules it is not legitimate, then the President must stop. In both cases, the court is entitled to review the evidence and decide.

@jeffpjordan @acnewsitics Please detail just one occasion where that occurred. Then we can condemn Biden together. But if you can't, we'll have to condemn you as a liar.

@AinsworthKeith @acnewsitics Judges are only ruling when a legal basis is brought to them. So your strawman does not apply.
