The Cedar Ave bridge crossing Lake Nokomis should be torn down.
Our neighborhood shouldn’t be used as a suburban commute to downtown for cars still going at highway speeds.
At least 20 cars passed before my kids and I could cross this intersection tonight (47th and Cedar). There might as well not even be a crosswalk sign.

I was walking the lake yesterday in Minneapolis and was assaulted by a man on a bike who thought it was funny swerving walkers off the trail. He threw an elbow to my mouth and rode off.

After losing just under 4k people in 2022, Minnesota gained 23,615 people in 2023. Minnesota's population growth was in the top half of states in 2023.
This is good for Minnesota, bad for the narrative that people are fleeing Minnesota's politics.
