The Landmarks Commission approved a Class L Property Tax Incentive for the Former Mid-City Trust and Savings Bank at 801 W. Madison on the Near West Side. The incentive would support ECG Madison LLC's planned $38.5 million renovation of the 1911 building as a hotel.
