I cannot stress this enough. I'm a lawyer who's practiced this kind of law (IHL/IHRL) and genocide in specific requires more knowledge than you might think.
That said: the analysis for folks who understand how to do one of those is pretty straightforward, except proving intent.
You don’t know better than genocide scholars, experts, educators. You just don’t. You’re not instantly an expert on genocide because you’re descended from someone who survived it…sorry but enough is enough. Genocide scholarship is a real academic subject. You don’t know better.
