My dad is a former drug addict and cashed in a life insurance policy that my grandmother left me worth 26k. Forged my signature etc. I ended up getting hit with the taxes on it. Was recently evicted from my home and asked for his help and nothing. That shit hurt.

Something that actually worked & helped me immensely was a 3 trades a day max. You end up picking the absolute best A+ setups and if I lose on 2 trades I’m done for the day. Those red days become huge because our mental game gets thrown off. Step away. Reset. Come back refreshed.
