I’m with you Chris! When I’m in despair, I try and force myself to do a very small, simple task, such as doing one load of laundry, or cleaning out a drawer, or even cleaning the toilet. I always feel just a bit better about myself, and for me, it leads to a bit of hopefulness.❤️🩹

One shouldn’t have to work a full-time job and another part time job just to make a living. It deteriorates the body, mind, soul and family who gives up time with their parent/spouse. Employers should consider a living wage. Working 2 jobs hasn’t appeared to help you now has it?
