If there’s no TLM near you, please consider Orthodoxy. Rome split with them over innovations vs. tradition. The East is still holding strong and the liturgy is nearly identical to what it was 1500 years ago.
Even the RCC says we are a real valid church.

I’m so sorry. I hate doctors. I had a friend go through something like this. Had tummy trouble the whole pregnancy and the doctor kept blowing her off, despite all of us sending her back. Eventually her husband got a second opinion when baby was born…. Stage 4 cancer 😭

The Holy Week and Easter celebrations of Orthodoxy are unparalleled. A physical and spiritual marathon.
My best friend’s church did a sunrise Easter service on a local beach. We celebrated with hymns played by a steel drum band, led by a pastor dressed in shorts, sandals, and the tackiest Hawaiian shirt ever. I almost died of pure cringe.

I can only say what I saw within the RCC world. We did have a few couples who struggled to conceive and had to navigate infertility, but even then, small families were the exception.

My friend had the same experience as yours. Had a beautiful gentle birth (c-section, because the child had anacephaly and birth would have been too rough on baby otherwise). Her parents, the priest, and everyone was there to welcome baby and hold him for whatever time he had.
