Wheelchairs are freedom, not binds. No one is shackled to their chair, therefore we say "wheelchair user" not "wheelchair bound." Most wheelchair users are also ambulatory, meaning they still have (limited) ability to walk.
Just as an FYI, just so people know.

If I drop one of my crutches the first thing I do is reach down to pick it up. If I'm already bending down to pick it up it's dangerous for me to suddenly change to have to retrieve it from someone else. I use mobility aids because of balance issues.

For those confused, this kid wasn't given blockers at 3. Occasionally very young children are given puberty blockers but that's because of precocious puberty, which starts at an abnormally young age. We don't want to force 4 year olds to go through puberty so they have blockers.
