@trumwill "Breaking Bad" is pure, unadulterated Greek tragedy. For Walter to be sympathetic—at all—you have to have no exceptions to his hubris leading to his downfall. He HAS a good life with Skyler & junior, & COULD keep it or even return to it & redeem himself. His hubris prevents it.

@Cluffalo No, but fandom in general is. Like, a couple can be fans of a particular actor or director, and a couple can be fans of a particular game studio, genre, franchise... My point is, the idea that video games are this weird, solitary, masculine activity is out of date.

@myelessar I loved that several of the actors, including ones not playing people of Rohan, would participate in the horse training, just to spend time with the horses. I especially love that Viggo gifted Arwen's stallion to Jane Abbott, Liv Tyler's stunt rider.

A lot of commenters are treating this as some kind of parser specification. It isn't. It's a formal language semantics presented in style, which is absolutely bog standard presentation for formal language semantics, especially operational semantics.
