I want more blur on desktop OS's. Not background blur, but content blur. Aka, Safari in macos yosemite - catalina.
It's the definition of UI deference. The title/tab bar just dissappear, and let your content take center stage. It gets out of the way when you don't need it.

I have several, I put them in a relatively cool closet in my house, but I don't want to throw them out. They're all 35 - 60wh laptop batteries, and a couple are PHAT.

I'd wager 90% of PC's with Windows 8 can't run Windows 11, even. Whether that be lack of TPM 2, or most likely, the stupid blacklist of CPU's (which supercedes TPM 2 requirement, btw - thinkpad x260 with TPM 2 can't do Win11 because it has the i7-6600u, a blacklisted chip).
