What’s sad about this is that for most of us, through insurance is the only way we can afford to pay for the help we need. Roommate had to stop seeing her therapist after she stopped taking insurance and she went from $20/hour visit to $200/hour visit. Just not feasible for most

Yes we (queer folk) suffered but it’s not at all in the same way we (jews) did. It didn’t matter if you weren’t a jew, but because your grandpa was you were gassed. 5,000 - 6,000 gay men were sent to camps. Lesbians were not specifically targeted. Compare to 6,000,000 jews.
