Never had grilled chicken thighs? Amazing. More protein and less fat than any beef that isn’t 96%+ lean, and if you’re eating beef that lean then it’s going to be bland anyway. I eat both, but hating on chicken is wild.

Have you ever been to a Tono’s pizzeria and cheesesteaks? They do it perfectly. They have a cooler next to the self serve soda machine that’s full of all of their sauces and aoli’s and you can take as much as you want without even asking. Amazing. Really good stuff too.

Minnesota was literally the first state to volunteer soldiers to go die to end slavery. I think reparations have been paid, especially considering no one in this state is a relative of a family who owned slaves, instead those long ago relatives were the people who ended it.

I feel like that’s more on you as an employer. If someone is well qualified and doesn’t seem to jump around a lot on their resume, and they leave your position after a couple of months, then I’d say they probably didn’t enjoy working for your company much for whatever reason.

This tweet is a whole mess. *dual agency would still apply if you referred the buyer to someone in the same office as you. You would have to refer them to an outside broker. So either you’re breaking the rules or your state does allow dual agency.
