@JimDurbinTX We should start of stream of actual nonsense survey data! Come up with the most ridiculous premises for survey questions - what would be fun! "63% of people like the number 5, more than the number 7!"

@Graham_Couch I actually like seeing Book get more comfortable taking it the rim - at his length, that's basically unstoppable. Coen only playing 5 min per game the last four also speaks to how much zone they are seeing.

@sam_allsopp_ Do black standing seam metal roofs cause the house to be hotter? I love the look, but in a hot climate, it seems like it would make the house much hotter. But you see them going up all the time.

It's like college football recruiting - what's the real difference between a 4star and a 5star recruit? Someone saying one is 4 and one is 5 - but in reality no one even knows how they'll perform! Also, how can a person be a star at one employer then go to the next and be awful? Weren't they top talent?

If AI takes away 75% of the traditional HR tactical work and we have all this extra capacity, what should HR be doing when that happens? If we don't answer that now, most HR people will just be let go, because we aren't designing the HR practice of the future. The AI models actually give some decent answers for this, but they aren't creative enough on all the possibilities!

@mattcharney @LinkedIn @LouA @DrJohnSullivan I had them both in my 2025 Death Pool! ๐ Jk - great recruiting minds that have stayed on top of it!

Gov't HR Team - "But this is how we've always done it..."
NEW: Elon Musk says the maximum amount of people who can retire from the federal government in a month is 10,000 because the paperwork is done manually at an old limestone mine in Pennsylvania. The mine in question is Iron Mountain. "The speed at which the mine shaft elevator can move determines how many people can retire from the federal government." Iron Mountain is a 330,000-square-foot data center more than 200 feet deep. It uses a 35-acre underground reservoir to create a geothermal cooling system. A report from 2021 reveals how the government tried (and failed) to digitize the process for decades. $106 million later, and failing to do so, the government decided to keep the old process. "$106 million later, the OPM facility resumed functioning with the processes established back in 1977," STWserve dot com reported.

We actually didn't suck that bad on defense last night - before the last 3 minutes of having to follow and giving them points on the line - we held them down overall. We gave up 71, but really if we didn't start following it was low 60s. Before the game if you told me, hey Indiana gets 63 points - do you want that? 100% We score 80!
