Idk, cause I ate 5,000+ calories yesterday and dropped. 😭😭 The calories here are higher too, I ws talking to friend about the same exact pizza and hers was lower by like 200 calories.
And maybe we have higher metabolisms? We a LOT of fad diets here too

Intermittent fasting 20/5 - No eating after 6pm. Your body needs time to digest food. Eating too late can affect your sleep. Also morning skinny !!
