The machine is 33 feet away and shooting 75mph to 80 mph. The reaction time is equal to 125mph to 133 mph. I struggled at first and then got the hang of it. Listen to the video to understand the adjustments I made to hit this pitch consistently.

I think plate discipline is directly tied to an elite swing. Vision is important, it’s not the end all be all when it comes to plate discipline. An elite swing gives a hitter time. The hitters with the best plate discipline see the ball the longest. More time to make a decision.
